About Me
I am qualified Humanistic Counsellor, with a deep commitment to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments.
Humanistic counselling focuses on helping you to understand yourself better and empowers you to find your own way forward.
This approach emphasises your innate potential for growth and self-discovery, allows you to gain clarity, build resilience, and develop the confidence to navigate life's challenges in a way that feels authentic and true to you. Further information on this technique can be found here.
My specialist areas include providing compassionate counselling for those affected by cancer or indeed any illness or chronic condition and the consequences of such experience.
I also have extensive knowledge in neurodiversity, allowing me to offer tailored support for clients navigating these unique challenges.
